This sector includes the study of all kind of the entry-Visa procedures for entrepreneurs, freelancers, self-employed and employed in Italy. It aims at providing detailed assistance to companies and individuals, located abroad or in another state of the European Community, who intend to start or to prosecute their professional and / or commercial activity in Italy in a short time, obtaining the authorization to enter for themselves or for their employees or professional workers.
This can be done by applying for a long-term Visa and the relative stay permit, choosing the kind of Visa that fits with the activity to be undertaken or prosecuted in Italy. These procedures also take into account the need of speed in the intra-company secondment and the high qualification needs of the resources placed at new offices of well-structured companies abroad or new companies incorporated by foreigners in Italy, in order to increase their fast development.
These kind of entry-Visas are not included in the annual quota mechanism for the entrance in Italy, provided by the Italian Flussi Decree. In fact, the Italian Flussi Decree states a fix number of quota to be given to self-employer or employee, basing on mandatory requirements, and it restrains their entrance in Italy.
Today it becomes fundamental to study these processes of entry and the authorization to work in Italy in order to give full assistance from an administrative, labour and tax point of view, both to workers for the protection of their professionalism and classification, and to foreign entrepreneurs, who need to assess, as soon as possible, costs, time frames, fiscal framework related to the opening of companies or new branches in Italy and to the management and hiring of personnel.
The management of migratory flows, linked to international companies, is certainly aimed at opening the borders and to promote the development of a market that is not only a Community but a global market for highly skilled workers. It goes towards the free competition of international companies, which have a faster international mobility of the management and staff in progress between various borders but maintain the link with the company group.
